In a collaborative environment, members explored adoption challenges, the cultural dynamics around technology, the realities of ROI and measurement, the ongoing frustrations of integration, and how suppliers can become true partners in success.

Event Tech World ​Member Meet-Ups

Event Tech World hosts a series of intimate Meet-ups for event tech users. These Meet-ups bring ​together groups of up to 15 event tech users ​and buyers to share real-life applications of ​event technology with specific results and event ​outcomes in mind.

These meet-ups are designed specifically for ​event tech users, with limited access to ​selected suppliers.

The Event Tech Council is a small group of ​senior event executives who meet ​bi-annually to explore the top opportunities, ​successes, and expected outcomes related ​to event technology. The Council will ​analyze what aspects of event tech are ​effective and identify areas where the ​event industry needs improvement.
